RJT has full power, right and authority to sell the item(s) to you. RJT has not granted any right, license or interest in or to the item(s) to anyone, or any third party, including any former owner of the item(s). Former owners do not have a basis for any claim against the item(s). All claims and goods MUST be accompanied by this bill including signature of purchaser. Layaways after 90 days will be returned to stock and charged a 10% down payment fee, which is nonrefundable.
